Account & Registration

To register on Sportmarket, you'll need: an active email address, a Bangladeshi mobile number, a strong password, and your full name. A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested later for identity verification. Registration is completely free and takes just a few minutes.

Only one account is permitted per person. Any attempt to open multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or ID will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and balances may be forfeited.

First, check your spam or promotions folder. If it's not there, use the "Resend verification link" option on the login page. If there's a mistake in your email address, contact support to have it corrected. Verification emails typically arrive within 2–5 minutes.

Your username and date of birth cannot be changed. However, your email address, mobile number, postal address, and password can be updated with help from the support team. Identity verification may be required to make changes.

The minimum age to register at Sportmarket is 18. Proof of age is required during identity verification. Accounts belonging to users under 18 will be closed.

The minimum deposit is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Daily withdrawal limits vary by payment method. Completing account verification may increase your limits.

Withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. Account verification is required before your first withdrawal.

Bonuses & Promotions

A wagering requirement means you need to place bets totalling a set multiple of the bonus amount before you can withdraw. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x rollover means you must wager ৳10,000 in total. Terms vary by bonus — Bonus See page for full details.

Once you receive a free bet, it will appear in the bonus section of your account. When placing a bet, select "Free Bet" from the payment options. Note that the original free bet stake is not returned with your winnings — only the profit is paid out.

Yes, every bonus has an expiry date — typically between 7 and 30 days. Once expired, the bonus will be automatically removed from your account. Keep email notifications turned on so you don't miss any bonus deadlines.
Betting & Odds

Sportmarket uses decimal odds. For example, odds of 2.50 mean a ৳100 bet returns ৳250 if you win (stake included). Profit = (Odds − 1) × Stake. Odds update in real time during live matches.

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, if the Cash Out feature is available, you can close your bet at a set value before the match ends. If an event is cancelled, your full stake will be refunded.

Yes, Sportmarket supports live betting. You can place bets on real-time odds while a match is in progress. Live betting is available across 300+ daily events including cricket, football, tennis, and more. Live scores are also available right on the same page.

Security & Privacy

Go to Account Settings and navigate to the "Security" section to enable 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication). You can use either Google Authenticator or SMS OTP. Once enabled, you'll need to enter a verification code alongside your password every time you log in.
